IR Peer Evaluations - from Joe Ader
S3 Team members.
I would like to first thank you all for the wonderful job that you are doing at the Help Desk. When I first started in my position 3 years ago the Help Desk did not have a great reputation on campus. My number one goal was to better utilize our most powerful resource, “Butler’s students”. In a recent survey regarding a topic other than our Help Desk, clients from all over campus went out of their way to praise the Help Desk. This success has a lot to do with your dedication and hard work. Thanks!
At this time each year we take time to step back and review the past year to evaluate how things are proceeding. I will meet with each member of my staff and provide them a performance evaluation. We will talk about what has gone well and look for areas of improvement both operationally and personally. I would like to solicit your help in providing me your personal thoughts regarding Jeff, Tahni, Zac and Julie. The information you provide me will be held in strict confidentiality, I will use the data in aggregate when providing feed back to the individuals never quoting your comments or thoughts.
I would like to provide you multiple ways to provide your feedback, please choose one of the following:
* Fill out the attached spreadsheet and email it back to me.
* Fill out the attached spreadsheet and place it under my door.
* Set up a meeting with me if you would rather discuss it face to face.
* Just send me an email/letter with your comments
